South Mall moves for Cork's commercial market scene

Mr Hanafin and Ms Kelleher each had more than 30 years experience with national agency Lisney, serving as its Cork office directors, whilst Ms Kelleher had been chair of Lisney for the past four years; they departed that firm’s offices at 1 South Mall in a surprise exit in June of this year.
PROPERTY agency Cohalan Downing, founded in Cork city 45 years ago, has boosted its commercial property wing with the appointment of the vastly experienced chartered surveyors Margaret Kelleher and Edward Hanafin as directors.
Mr Hanafin and Ms Kelleher each had over 30 years experience with national agency Lisney, serving as its Cork office directors, while Ms Kelleher had been chair of Lisney for the past four years: they departed that firm’s offices at 1 South Mall in a surprise exit in June of this year.

Cohalan Downing was founded in 1979 by Maurice Cohalan and Malcolm Tyrrell in 1979, with John Downing who subsequently departed to establish his own practice.
