Leona Maguire is chasing a top twenty finish after a second round 68 at the Maybank Championship in Kuala Lumpar.
The Cavan native is shooting up the leaderboard after a first round 73 and has found form in the second and third rounds to leave her seven-under tied for 25.
She is nine shots of leaders Jeeno Thitikul (Thailand), Ruoning Yin (China) and Haeran Ryu (Korea) who are all tied for 16-under par.
Maguire hit back-to-back birdies as she opened the third round picking up three more before dropping her only shot of the round on the 16.
