1. Chloé L’Eau de Parfum Intense (RRP €154)
Toted as the essence of inspiring, visionary femininity, Chloé’s latest fragrance opens with notes of raspberry and seemingly expresses every facet of the flower as though its scent had been captured at three different times of the day.
Warm, soft and musky, with leather-like tonalities, the house’s new scent offering reflects the modern woman. And, it’s refillable.
2. LUNA Haircare Stray Tamer (RRP €14)
The latest innovation to smooth, control, and hydrate unruly hair.
It promises long-lasting hold without stiffness and is infused with hydrating ingredients like shea butter and ocean bamboo.
Taming flyaways while also nourishing, it will help you achieve that perfect slicked back look.
3. EUCERIN Ato Control Calming Balm (RRP €19)
A daily-use oil-in-water body balm specially formulated to soothe and intensely moisturise irritated and itchy skin.
Enriched with Licochalcone A, ceramides and shea butter to strengthen the skin’s barrier while relieving dryness and itching.
4. Chāmpo Pitta Lash Serum (€48, Brown Thomas)
Building on the success of the viral Pitta Growth Serum (one sells every 30 seconds) UK brand, Chāmpo, has launched a corresponding lash serum, one that is prostaglandin-free.
Prostaglandins are a group of lipids made at sites of tissue damage or infection.
They’ve become a hot topic in the lash serum world as some studies have shown that while they produce long and thick lashes, they also have been shown to produce other undesirable side effects such as skin darkening, pupil colour change and, even, undereye fat loss.
Chāmpo’s approach — using efficacious peptides instead of prostaglandins — is a great option for those who want to play it safe.
5. Burst Oral Care Teeth Whitening Breath Strips (€6.99, McCauley Pharmacy)
New kid on the block, Burst, has released a revolutionary two-for-one oral experience in their Teeth Whitening Breath Strips.
Instantly dissolvable, these strips combine teeth whitening with breath freshness.
The formula includes an 11% PAP solution to quickly and visibly whiten and is minty fresh.
The biggest win? It doesn’t leave your teeth horrendously sensitive, like some other strips.
6. JSHealth Vita-Growth Scalp Serum (€44.99, jshealthvitamins.com)
JSHealth founder Jessica Sepel has worked with leading biochemists to develop an innovative, highly concentrated blend of 7 clinically proven actives for our scalps.
The Vita-Growth Scalp Serum aims to condition and protect the microbiome and tackle all hair issues at the root.
Bursting with peptides, vitamins and amino acids — this sounds like an excellent scalp treatment from a brand that pushes the boat out.
7. ALFAPARF Milano Professional Semi di Lino Reconstruction Mask (€19.20, salons nationwide)
This mask — which deeply reconstructs fine, damaged hair — includes the following original technologies: an A-Z BOND COMPLEX, Urban Defence Pro anti-pollution shield, Shine Fix Complex, Colour Fix Complex and a climate-proof protective barrier, which keeps the hair hydrated as humidity and temperature changes.
Perfect for changeable Irish weather.
8. Hildun Diamonds Are Forever Collection (€18 - €27, hildunbeauty.com)
Hildun’s final launch of 2024 features three brand new, high-performance additions to the Hildun Beauty family; metallic pencils, €18 each, and two eyeshadow quads, €27 each.
The pencils are creamy with maximum staying power, while the eyeshadow pigments are exceptional.
Catch me in the Naked Diamonds palette from now until next year.
