The stocking filler

Mother/daughter duo Mary and Sophie of The Wine Opener first came to the market in 2021 with an easy-to-use rechargeable gadget to make opening a bottle with a corkscrew a lot easier, inspired by Mary’s own difficulty opening a bottle of wine with her arthritis.

The €60 product has been a great success, but this year, they have another innovation for your stocking.

The Wine Keeper is a rechargeable device which allows oxygen to be extracted from a bottle of wine and at the same time, acts as a stopper, allowing wine to stay fresh for up to 10 days.

A handy gadget for those trying to reduce their alcohol consumption this festive season.
