Friday night lights for re-scheduled Munster minor championship finals in 2025

The 2025 Munster Minor Championship Finals have been moved to Friday nights to accommodate live TV coverage.

The hurling decider will now take place on Friday, May 16th with the football showpiece scheduled for a week later on May 23rd.

Defending Munster and All-Ireland Minor Hurling champions Tipperary will open their campaign at home to Waterford on Friday, March 28th with Limerick hosting Cork on the same evening.

All minor hurling round robin games will take place on Fridays in March, April and May. 

The 2025 minor football championship will begin with a round robin series of games involving Clare, Limerick, Tipperary and Waterford with the matches scheduled for consecutive Mondays in April.
