The collision occurred on the R586 at approximately 9.50pm. 

Three people were hospitalised following a collision involving five vehicles in Enniskeane, Co Cork on Saturday night.

The collision occurred on the R586 at approximately 9.50pm. 

The drivers of two of the vehicles, a man in his 20s and a man in his 60s, were taken to Cork University Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The passenger in on of the vehicles, a woman in her 20s, was also taken to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries

Two of the vehicles involved in the crash were stationary and unoccupied, a Garda spokesperson said.

"Enquiries are ongoing," a Garda spokesperson said.
